The Midget was essentially born as a sister car to the Austin Sprite, being more luxurious and slightly more expensive in comparison. Besides achieving great success and establishing its position with the MGA and MGB convertibles, MG also aimed to launch a low-cost sports car, and thus the Midget was born, bringing endless surprises!
